Background: Three sisters have lived in this house for 45 years.  All three currently have health problems, and share the house with their 4 year old niece.  We will take care of some maintenance and care problems in the back yard of the house, doing some spot interior work as needed, including providing a proper bedroom for their niece.

Before Photos

Before: This is the left side back yard before we started any work.  The wooden storage shed at the rear is full of stuff to be thrown away, the grass and weeds cleared, and the  tree trimmed.
Before: This is the right side back yard.  Beneath the canopy of leaves, there is a pile of scrap wood about 4 feet high and 8 feet wide.
Before: Another view of the back yard - the shed to the rear is surrounded by stuff to be hauled away.
Before: The rear fence has multiple rotted posts, and sways +/- 30 degrees either direction.

After Photos

After: The backyard junk is removed, fences repaired and replaced, and a playground is built with a cheery row of flowers at the rear!
After: View looking to the left of the yard.  Because of the ongoing health problems with the three sisters, we didn't install any high-maintenance landscaping, and stayed with color spots along the rear, where Jourdan and her friends would be playing.
After: New posts are installed, and the fence is straight as an arrow !
Jourdawn and her friend will lie awake all night waiting for the post-securing concrete to cure until Sunday, when they can give the swings their first big test ride!
